Booking Conditions

When booking accommodation with LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD,  via our websites or call centre, you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:-

  • The accommodation inventory is supplied by the property featured on the website either directly or via travel partners who have an agreement to provide accommodation inventory to LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD.  ‘We’ do not over-sell above the available accommodation inventory and ‘we’ do not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the supplier over-selling their hotel's accommodation inventory.
  • The rates provided for you on this website are available ONLY through LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD.  Please DO NOT call the hotel direct, as they WILL NOT have the same rates in their reservation system.
  • You agree that your credit card may be charged for the full cost of your reservation or a deposit amount upon submitting your reservation request.  Payments will appear on your credit card statement under one or more of the following names: LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD, HOTEL RESERVATIONS, HOTEL RESERVATIONS PARIS, HOTEL RESERVATIONS SYDNEY, HOTELCLUB.NET, FLAIRVIEW TRAVEL, or HOTELS.COM.
  • You accept that the currency charged to your credit card may vary from your local currency, and/or the currency displayed to you on the website when selecting your reservation.  You can select the currency that you would like to view the hotel rates in.  The currency that is charged to your credit card is dependent on; the hotels preferred currency for the transaction, LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD's preferred currency for the transaction or the preferred currency for the transaction submitted by travel partners who have an agreement to provide accommodation inventory to LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD. 
  • While our currency rates are based on a live currency conversion they are to be used as guidelines only.  Rates are not verified as accurate and the actual rates may vary.  The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate but LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD does not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.  You accept that any charges related to currency exchange between your local currency and the currency charged to your credit card for your LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD reservation are also charges to be accepted by you. 
  • You accept that the fee we charge in connection with the handling of your reservation (Administration fee) will always be charged to your credit card in AUD, and may be shown separately to the full cost of the reservation or booking deposit on your credit card statement.  This will always be charged directly by LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD.
  • If applicable you agree to pay the balance payable of your reservation, any tax recovery charges and service fees excluded from the published rates, and all incidental charges incurred during your stay, to the property you have selected in your reservation request.   
  • You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to any completed reservation order for accommodation as specified on the reservation order form.  You agree to pay any cancellation or amendment fee that you incur. 
  • Cancellations and Amendments
    LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation or amendment fees due.  All cancellations and amendments must be made IN WRITING using one of the following methods:
    • Through our My Bookings Page
    • By fax (from Australia): 1300 361 684  (from Overseas): + 618 9354 4206

Please provide the following details:

    • Your Booking ID
    • Email Address used in the booking
    • Name and Surname used in the booking

Important:  A Cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. I f you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 48 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.  A cancellation fee or amendment fee will apply in accordance with our company policy.

‘Luxury Last Minute’ (14-day) program

    • Please note in some cases, the cancellation or amendment policy will depend on the hotel's individual policy.  This will be displayed on the final booking page.  The stricter of the two (hotel's policy and LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD policy) will then apply.  
    • Bookings cancelled 2 (TWO) days or less prior to the check in date, or if you failed to arrive at the hotel, will be subject to a cancellation charge of 1 (ONE) night’s room rate, tax recovery charges and service fees. 
    • Bookings cancelled more than 2 (TWO) days prior to the check in date, will be subject to a nominal fee.  The nominal fees vary according to the country of the hotel specified in your booking.
    • Nominal Cancellation/ Amendment fees to be charged in each currency.  Please note that if the hotel's local currency is not shown below the default currency to be used for the nominal cancellation fees may be USD or AUD.

    • Any amendment advised to us within 5 days of your arrival date or once you have arrived at the hotel, may be treated as a late amendment.  Late amendments may be subject to a fee based on the hotel's amendment policy, as advised to us.  If a late amendment fee is applied, the nominal amendment fee will not be charged. 
    • To avoid the amendment fee, if you would like to increase the length of your stay or the number of rooms, please book the extra nights/rooms online as a new booking.  Should you require to change a booking from one Hotel to another Hotel, you will NOT be charged an Amendment Fee.  This will be considered as a cancellation of an existing booking, and a Cancellation Fee will apply. 
    • The Administration fee and Supplier fee are non refundable. 

‘Luxury Year Round’ program:

    • Please refer to the hotel description for the cancellation policy period for each hotel.
    • You will be charged the cancellation or amendment fee indicated on the reservation order form.  The cancellation/amendment fee always applies.  The cancellation fee will be charged in the currency in which the original reservation payment was made.  In the cases where a fee is not indicated, a fee of USD $25.00 or equivalent will be charged. 
    • Please note that if the hotel's local currency is not shown the default currency to be used for the cancellation/amendment fees may be USD or AUD.
    • If you do not cancel or change your reservation outside the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, you may be subject to a charge of one night’s room rate, tax recovery charges and service fees.
    • No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
    • If dates on the reservation are requested to be changed, the reservation must be cancelled and rebooked.
    • If nights are subtracted from an existing reservation, this will result in a USD 25.00 charge or equivalent for a single night cancelled.  To avoid the cancellation/ amendment fee, if you would like to increase the length of your stay or the number of rooms, please book the extra nights/rooms online as a new booking.
    • You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to any completed reservation order for a hotel stay as specified on the reservation order form. 
    • The Administration fee is non refundable.

Refunds:  Due to processing requirements, refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.  This may vary depending on your bank/financial institution.

  • Credit Card Information:  The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form.  All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct.  LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.  If the client wishes to change the credit card after it has been charged, it will be treated as an amendment, and a corresponding amendment fee will apply. 
  • By making a booking the client authorises LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD to pass on credit card details of the client to the hotel if requested. 
  • The client must submit a valid email address on the Reservation Form.  All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the Reservation Form is correct.  It is the client's responsibility to advise LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD if there was an error in the email address submitted in the Reservation Form or any other correspondence.  LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
  • The Customer will be required at hotel check-in to provide a copy of their reservation confirmation, a credit card to cover all incidental charges, and may be asked to present a photo ID.
  • The Customer accepts. and authorises LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD, that when a deposit has been paid for a reservation, and if the balance has not been received by the due date as indicated on the reservation voucher, that the balance of the accommodation charges (including any cancellation or amendment fees), will be charged to the credit card maintained on file as a guarantee for the accommodation charges.
  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, we cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room.  These requests are forwarded to the hotel and are subject to availability on the day of check-in.  All additional requests (smoking room, non-smoking room etc) are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD.
  • LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD intends to provide you with all the services that you request from us.  In rare cases, when the hotel is not able to honor your reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavor to offer you an alternative of comparable price and standards.  If this occurs, we will contact you via e-mail and request your authorisation to proceed with this new booking. If you decline the alternative, and you were already charged for the original booking, a full credit will be provided to you to use towards your next reservation with LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD.
  • LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD cannot accept responsibility for hotel facilities, which are temporarily not available, are under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences.  LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond their control nor for accidents in a hotel or loss caused by hotel management or staff.
  • Disclaimer:  It is the responsibility of the hotel chain, and/or the individual property, to ensure the accuracy of the photos displayed.  LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the photos.
  • Disclaimer:  LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD acts only as an independent agent to secure services of an accommodation supplier.  Therefore, we have no control over personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers and shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred as a result of any wrongful acts, omissions, or default on the part of the suppliers directly or via our travel partners.
  • Required terms by our travel partner:  "Registered seller of travel in California under its seller of travel regulations.  California registration number # 2059975-40.  Registration as a seller of travel in California does not constitute the state's approval".
  • By offering for sale accommodation in particular destinations LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk, and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. 
  • LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD makes its best efforts to ensure that all the information that appears on its website is accurate.  However, LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserves the right to change the information published at any time and without notice.  You agree to accept and be bound by the terms, conditions and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of the LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD website, facilities and services. 
  • You acknowledge that while LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM PTY LTD is the main reference within this user agreement, the same terms and conditions apply equally to all business conducted between LUXURYYEARROUND.COM, LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM, LUXURYYEARROUND.COM.AU, LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM.AU, and LUXURYLASTMINUTE.COM Pty Ltd and you (the Customer).
